Mitch Barns
President, The Nielsen Company Greater China
Mr Barns oversees all of Nielsen's businesses in Greater China, including its Media, Online, and Mobile services, as well as its Consumer practice (ie retail measurement, customized research, consumer panels, analytic consulting, and BASES). In this role, Mitch reports to Nielsen’s global Chairman & CEO, David Calhoun.
This role builds on Mitch's experience gained in the US and Europe, where previous to this appointment he was Global President of Nielsen’s Homescan, Spectra, and Loyalty practices. Prior to this, he was Global President of Nielsen’s BASES and Analytic Consulting groups.
Before joining Nielsen in 1997, Mitch worked at The Procter & Gamble Company, where his experience included roles in marketing research and brand management.

Chris Morley
Managing Director, The Nielsen Company China
Chris Morley was appointed as Managing Director of Nielsen China in January 2007, heading the Customized and Retail businesses in China.
Before coming to China, Chris was the Managing Director of ACNielsen Vietnam for three years.
Chris brings to China a wealth of experience gained during his time in Vietnam, and previous to that, at ACNielsen Australia, following eight years in the market research industry in the UK.
Chris is a member of the Nielsen Greater China management team and is based in Shanghai, China.

Oliver Rust
Executive Director, Client Services,The Nielsen Company China
Oliver Rust is currently heading the Client Solutions for our Premier Clients in China across The Nielsen Company Services. Oliver has had 10 years experience in the market research industry from various markets in Europe and Asia Pacific. He brings with him a host of experience in customized, consumer panels and retail measurement and poses a broad knowledge in handling different industry research from multi-national to local clients including government, Telecommunications but his expertise lies in the FMCG environment.
Prior to his current position Oliver worked with Nielsen for 5 years as a Regional Client Director for Greater China and most recently the Executive Director for Nielsen Retail Measurement Service in Taiwan. Before this Oliver worked for Taylor Nelson Sofres in various client servicing roles in Europe before setting up Consumer Panel Services in Russia, China and Hong Kong. Oliver graduated from the University of Kent with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Human Geography. |

Kenneth Lee
Executive Director, Customized Research Services, The Nielsen Company China
Kenneth Lee was appointed to Executive Director, Customized Research Services, Nielsen China in June 2005. Prior to this Kenneth was Executive Director, Retail Measurement Services, Nielsen China, overseeing retail measurement services in China. Kenneth possesses extensive experience in Retail & FMCG industry. He has over 13 years research experience of which he has spent 9 years in China. He has been helping his clients, mostly multi-national manufacturers, in identifying opportunity and formulating marketing strategies, such as prioritizing sales resources, exploring investment opportunities, and launching new products.
Prior to joining Nielsen, Kenneth has also worked in fabric product manufacturer in Southern China and a financial institute in the United States. Kenneth holds B.S. Degree in Finance, Arizona State University. |

Brian Negley
Executive Director, Retail Measurement Services, The Nielsen Company China
A Nielsen veteran of 13 years, Brian Negley has the role of Executive Director of Retail Measurement Services (RMS) for Nielsen China. In this role, he is be responsible for leading the company's efforts in providing greater depth and coverage to the retail tracking product, as well as developing new products and services to meet the expanding needs of clients in the China market.
Prior to coming to China, Brian was Executive Director for RMS at Nielsen Taiwan, where he led the team in developing services for Taiwan's rapidly developing modern trade. He was also co-chairman of the European Chamber's Retailing Committee.Prior to his move to Taiwan, Brian was Client Service Director in Nielsen Japan, where he worked with leading multinationals in strategic marketing issues in one of the world's most advanced and competitive FMCG markets. During this time, he also held a regional role directing the servicing of a key global account. He also has experience in Indonesia, and a previous stint in Japan. |

Bernard Hughes
Executive Director, Media Research, The Nielsen Company China
Based in Shanghai, Bernard oversees the continued growth of Nielsen Media in China by bringing to market new and innovative media research solutions to help clients achieve their growth strategies.
Bernard has 15 years’ experience with The Nielsen Company across Australia, the UK and more recently, China. Previously, Bernard was based in Hong Kong as Commercial Director for Nielsen Media Research China and Hong Kong. Before moving to Hong Kong, he spent several years with ACNielsen in the UK heading their Consumer Panel Services. Bernard joined the company in Australia, and has progressed through a variety of senior management positions in Client Service and Operations. |

Rita Chan
Executive Director, Sales & Client Service, Media Research, The Nielsen Company China
Rita has worked with The Nielsen Company for over 25 years and is responsible for the Advertising Information Service, Audience Measurement and new media measurement services in China. She has been named one of the Top 50 advertising women. |

Hans Yu
Managing Director, Online Research, The Nielsen Company China
Hans Yu is Managing Director China for Nielsen Online (formerly Nielsen//NetRatings), the global standard for digital audience measurement and analysis and the premier source for online advertising intelligence. Hans joined Nielsen//NetRatings Pacific in 1999 as Chief Statistical Controller and Principal Analyst. |
